Roger Smith

I currently serve as minister in Bramhope, Guiseley and Yeadon and oversee our Circuit Debt Centre.

I was born in Kent, grew up in Sussex and lived in a Christian community in inner city Nottingham. Since training as a minister (presbyter) in Manchester, I have served in Sunderland, Bradford and North Kirklees. I came to this Circuit in 2017.

My wife Alison is a teacher in Bradford and we have 3 grown-up children, one in London, one in St. Alban's and one here.

I see my role as supporting and encouraging all who want to want to explore – in word and action – what it means to follow Jesus today.
