Planning For Growth is the most significant paper concerning our future direction and mission as a Circuit.

It will hopefully inspire honest and open conversation about its contents, within our church councils and memberships.

The paper seeks to do four things:
-Provide a reminder of how we have got to where we are today.
-Give a clear understanding of staffing levels and oversight for the coming year.
-Report on the thoughts of the Circuit Leadership Team as we develop our understanding of what it might mean to be a "Transformational, Missional, Sustainable" community of churches.
-Offer some practical priorities for us to move forward

It's a long read, but one that could help inspire and guide our future direction.
